4 stars: Update. I finally got on back to almost normal. i would like to see something to help understand new features from the update. To many changes and takes awhile to figure them all out. Not even sure if I found them all. Very addicting game. Great graphics since 7/26 update i and many others haven't been able to sign in. I will change my rating when this is fixed
5 stars: usually a great experience..but today I haven't been able to get on...says, check your network..but I'm able to play my other games..so network is fine..please help.. Update...changed my ratings to 5☆. This because I had the problem mentioned above and reported it. The group was great and fixed the problem. Shows that they are really concerned about gaming and customer service. Thank you
3 stars: Changed my rateing down to 3 stars as the updates have made this a game for paying players only. It has become so hard to level up. I am level 74 and now I keep beating the boss in Burning Desert with 3 or 4 of my heros at 50%+ life and and it keeps telling me I was defeated. This game has been fun for over a year and now I feel like quiting.
