3 stars: could have been better if the conversation with each leads are viewable in the mobile app. im expecting that should have been the case so agents can continue responding to leads without having to need a laptop or desktop. but all they see are lead names, why?

5 stars: Very user friendly app. It would be great improvement for CRM modules to connect it with google maps - so contacts, leads and companies can be seen by location on the map (separatly). Hope it will be seen in some future versions of app. All the best.
5 stars: Bitrix24 is a great all in one CRM. I use it and set my clients up with it for use in their marketing funnels and outside sales efforts. Great product that keeps getting better.
5 stars: We just started using this app a few months ago in our management team. Everyday there was a new tool to help us organize our multiple projects and coordinate between different departments. Now its the best thing we have encountered and we cant stop using it.
