4 stars: im just start using it.
3 stars: I subscribe to this app. meaning I pay for this service. for a week now theres been an error logging in and no way to contact support. I'll be taking my money to another app that works. when this app was working, I'd have to log ot every few hours and log back in to keep it refreshed. I loved this app. fix the bugs and I may return.
3 stars: App is crashing when gui opens. Difficult to close because it keeps restarting in background after crashing. I get double alerts from x \u0026 XL. I have xl alerts turned off but they pop anyway.
3 stars: it's functional but needs a few tweaks. 1) putting surge rates on the map instead of on a separate tab 2) capability to initiate a refresh with paid subscription 3) a timer/countdown to surge refresh
3 stars: Great while it worked. Lots of markers, and decent UX. Speed working in May or June , so unfortunately paid 2 months for nothing.
3 stars: doesn't do anything useful free, even with markers set at normal surge locations. Maybe different if you pay.....
5 stars: Very good app. New York driver that drives in Jersey. I can use this to see what's trending at what time of day (while I'm home or on the way to Jersey) so I know where to go since the driver app won't show surge while you're not in Jersey or while you're driving a passenger. Worth the money 100%
