5 stars: Best food delivery app in Ottawa by a mile. Care about their customers, unlike uber eats and I've never had an order have to be refunded because the restaurant was closed but app was still taking orders like I have multiple times with skip the dishes.
4 stars: Excellent variety of choices for restaurants! Could make a little more effort on delivery fees though... And, might sound crazy, but please let me choose if I want my food to be delivered in a car or on a bike because it really makes a difference in the food temperature and texture. Can be really deceiving... Other than that, love the app!
3 stars: app is good. does what it states. price breakdown is clear. Do not like being bombarded by foodora to rate thier app after every purchase. Do not ask users to rate if your doing a good job. I dont care about your marketing analytics just for your staff to feel good. -2 stars for asking me after every purchase to lick your balls.
4 stars: I like it except there is a flaw with restaurants with BOGO discounts. It displays as one item so about 6 times in a row I only got one item. They are good with refunds but it's really frustrating.
3 stars: the app is easy to use but the service is terrible. Food is never on time and the time will countdown even if no one picks up your food. I was at 1 min for over half an hour one time.
