3 stars: Seems to work as described. However, any retention of saved credentials is short lived, even with fingerprint login enabled. Not sure yet if it's each phone reboot, app update, or other. This needs fixed! Make sure you have your password somewhere handy, because you're going to need it to access the app when you need it the most!
4 stars: Fixing a previous 2 star review. The app works well to operate the locks, and start the car. I've had the requests fail if I did two in which succession, so I believe that's on the operator to wait 10 seconds or so. The vehicle info tab has a good amount of info, though there are times that it hasn't shown up on that tab.
5 stars: Initially I didn't think using the uconnect app would be convenient and was more of a gimmick. Boy was I wrong. Anything from starting, locking, unlocking my Gladiator is done from my device and never have to use the key fob. this was a pleasant surprise as I did not know this was possible when I purchased my vehicle. love it!
5 stars: I love this app! I've been away for 3 days(on business) only to return to my car being missing. I immediately opened the app and found that my car was moved a few blocks away to a safe haven due to resurfacing the streets. it was quite a scare but thanks to the app, we've been reunited!
