5 stars: The equipment is very good! The service to knowledgable home owners is often marginal at best, so I sometimes need to call my dealer for service. Free service and parts for 3 years is a major benefit. From my experience their best service people are assigned when a dealer is called.
4 stars: Not the best app experience, but gets the job done. You can view your cameras and get alerts on your phone. I hope they update the app to a much better and modern UI.
4 stars: The app has been reliable for the past 5 months. It needs the ability to fast forward and fast rewind through all recordings. For live view, it needs the ability to save the HD setting (instead of Basic view) when exiting and returning to the app.
3 stars: Every time have to start doing installation if it is switched off and start again. Never resume services and detect connected device once you switch on again. I am tired
3 stars: Implement Better PTZ Control, would be much better if the app supported two touch drag for zoom and dragging for ptz movement rather than a touchscreen joystick
