3 stars: Need more refinement on below areas (PXC 550 User) 1. Call enhancement feature doesn't work properly, it picks up all background noise which can be listen by the other person on call. 2. Support for all music/video streaming apps 3. Feature/option needed inside captune in order to control/enable/disable the Touch gestures.
3 stars: So, user experience is ambiguous. The issues: 1. annoying notification with the name of track that was played before with play icon. If i use the Spotify i wish do not see this playing control aplet. 2. NoiseGard control not always did the changes. most of time changing value have no effect(headphones are connected through Bluetooth). 3. didn't hear any effect when changing Sidetone option.
4 stars: The equalizer is close to perfect. I have a $11 cheap sony in-ear, and its sound is muddy bassy. But this player has an equalizer that has made the sound close to flat. Only this app and PlayerPro fron Blaston SA are able to do this. Hat's off to Sennheiser. Only drawback I have discovered just now, the app crashes on Android Pie on ROOTED PHONES. KINDLY FIX THIS.
3 stars: Best equaliser for HD4.50. Sounds crystal clear. Fantastic job on the sound output. App controls could be better. Hangs when choosing music folder. Doesn't pick up album art. Some file formats unsupported (wma). Overly simplistic. For the amount of money we pay for your headphones which is top class, we expect a top class player.
