5 stars: Unlike some comments I read, it works really well for me. The process to sign up was easy. The only downside is that when visiting places, clerks are not always aware of how to use the app. But it is not related to the app itself! In case it can help someone: clerks give a code (specific to the venue) that needs to be entered in the app.
4 stars: It is so nice to have a service App give you free access to great places. Thank you. The program is still new as many places have not ready to check in the code yet, that does not bother using the App, though sometimes it takes a while to back to function.
4 stars: *Update: After communication with the customer support (thank you, Anja!!), which was prompt and clear, I was notified about the newest update and scanning indeed worked this time!! You still have to be careful and patient with aligning and holding still for 3 seconds, but it worked! For future development of the app, I'd suggest tweaking that 3 sec timer, it's too long, or maybe implement manual input.
5 stars: It worked directly from the beginning!!! The only tricky part is scanning the barcode but I think depending on the phone you have it could be easier or a lot of trouble. Thanks for this application! I tried already on a museum and smooth access.... For me 5 stars clearly and if you guys improve that scanning part other users will think the same about it.
