4 stars: I love everything about this app. 4 stars only because you can only choose certain time frames, I understand why that is, but for example if you want to park overnight you have to do 24 hours for $18.25 even if you only need it from say 6pm until 10am the next day, you pay for 24 hours until 6pm or wake up every 3 hours to pay lol. The choose duration option has never allowed me to choose my own time frame. Otherwise I love it!
3 stars: I paid through the app and recieced 2 tickets. I'm not sure if the parking monitors are new, but its extremely annoying to void the tickets. The parking people said the zone is incorrect on the app but Honk said the zone is correct and the parking people are wrong. Should be coordinated better. Otherwise the app is convenient.
3 stars: VISA debit card processing must have been allowed in the most recent update because I have been unable to successfully pay for parking using your app previously. I think the most recent that I tried was Feb. 11, 2019. I did update and it now works. Thank you for replying. \u003d\u003d It would be most helpful if you would allow your app / payment processing to accept VISA debit cards and not just Visa and MasterCard credit cards.
