3 stars: there is no notification for new messages and the incoming call sometimes it sent the caller to voicemail after 2 rings
5 stars: Loving the app so far. Switched over from Google Voice and OpenPhone has a much better UI and is all around much faster. Would love support for multiple users on a team and ability to mark tickets as done in the future.
4 stars: I like the app, but it's not perfect. If you're using on your phone, you can't have other apps open dominating the screen or it'll go digital. If your screen goes off, same problem. I need to be able to talk as I'm doing other things, not being able to put my phone in my pocket is a problem. That said, it picked up regularly (more reliable than skype). Just didn't work out for me. Giving an extra star for the 7 day trial, thank you.
