3 stars: Since last week, the app is not working. Used to be butter smooth before this. The app stuck forever at the blue splash screen.

5 stars: I wrote a previous revision. They fixed it within 15 days. I wrote a suggestion and they answered back that they are working on it. To me that's good customer support!!!
3 stars: after reading reviews, I am so concerned that I have booked flights for me and my daughter's home from Bali in a few months, I have my fingers crossed it all goes smooth sailing after reading these reviews.
