3 stars: The best there is now, 2019.06. But has two flaws. 1. - informing users that have my phone number in their phonebook, that I use Telegram. That is nobodies business but mine to do that, inform someone or not. 2. - dependence on phone numbers and need for my phonebook access. So there exists a huge database of all my and yours connections, where temptation for internal and external actors for misuse is huge.
5 stars: Best messenger!!! Light, fast, unique, user friendly and most importantly less hardware demanding!!! I mean it won't consume much of your RAM or CPU power. The only thing missing for it to be perfect is the video calls. But if that will affect the lightness of the app, then don't do it. The most thing like about this app - is its lightness and not very CPU and RAM demanding - that is why please don't ruin this. Thank you!
5 stars: Hands down, the best messaging app out there. I've been using Telegram for a number of years now, and it still remains, to this day, efficient and rid of any issues. The only downside to TG is it isn't as fancy nor as mainstream as other apps, but that is a worthy trade-off for its no-nonsense functionality (and the sexy stickers.)
