3 stars: I love this app, I've been using it religiously for over 4 years now and it has never dissapointed. It kinda sucks that ads may be introduced into the app next year, and I'd really love to see the Whatsapp Wallpaper designs being updated. Those images are beyond depressing at this moment.
5 stars: The app is awesome that it allows communication but, I think it would be more awesome, if a feature that allows tagging others on status and a feature that allows one to group his contacts into different categories like, friends, family, classmates, et cetera are developed.
5 stars: Easily the best internet based messaging app. Fast, clean interface, extremely easy to use, with a plethora of customizability, I'd use nothing else for messaging! Video quality is clear, sound quality is clear. I wish they would let me kick people out of groups without notifying them who kicked them out... But then I'd be having too much fun. Great app, thanks What's App team!!
4 stars: A good and useful app... but please, for the love of everything holy, allow users the option to simply view media like photos, gifs, videos etc., rather than downloading to view. My phone storage is crying and it's tedious to be constantly deleting images, videos, and gifs from my media gallery. Please address this. It would significantly improve the user experience.
