4 stars: UPDATED REVIEW: Since I first played the game in early January, the game has seen significant improvement all around. most nations are available for free, and larger nations can be purchased via in-game currency or microtransaction. The UI is easy to get used to, and it's all around an enjoyable experience. The game feels a tad like a mobile Victoria II, which is good. Glad to see grievances addressed and I'll be playing this game a ton.
4 stars: Great game but when you start as a country with a large army it is impossible to pay maintenance and it won't let me dismiss any soldiers to make the army smaller and easier to pay for.
