But please inprove the apps specifications in this app there are lot of issues like i can not able to make direct calls to driver from app, i can not see where the driver is on its app, when ever i try to put my current location it automatically set my current location and drop location same. i love the services but i hate its app
5 stars: i cant believe how inexpensive this ride sharing app is. the first ride per day is $10 off. i get to work from scarborough to north york in comfort for barely anything. its about time Canada had a better choice of getting around than public transit and expensive taxis
4 stars: most rides I took this week were smooth. I spoke with a good representative.i did wait half an hour if I didn't call ahead today unfortunately was an hour an a half with my child. I could have been home by now. They don't have a good system not greatest customer service. apologizing doesnt help my time. Will change my stars if they rectify the matter. update. it's rectified to an extent
