5 stars: I am using this now to study for my NCLEX as a daily challenge along with other forms of studying. I really enjoy the full version, its full of like 2500 question and provides rationals to the answers. I bought it on a deal. They seem to have deals semi-frequently. I would download the app early in your nursing school career then look out for a deal to pick up the full version.
5 stars: The paid version of this app contains challenging questions and detailed rationales. I used it as an adjunct to a content-based review course and found it very effective. Passed in 75 questions. Customer service is very helpful!
