3 stars: Mostly a great app. Unfortunately we've had a few occurrences where our order which we'd already been waiting for (for 30-45 minutes) was cancelled at the last minute with no reason. I've read that it could be that the kitchen closed or the driver cancelled the delivery but either way, really frustrating when the whole point is to just order food quickly and easily. Apart from that and the occasional cold food, really enjoy using the app.
3 stars: I have a McDonald's near me which is open 24/7, and yet when I try to find my local McDonald's to place an order anytime past midnight (which I do quite a lot), the app always says \
5 stars: McDonalds are poor at getting anything correct, Uber are powerless to sort out any problems by any method other than a refund at there discretion! Unhappy with my ability to demand a refund which is in my basic consumer right. Uber is a poor company, happy to say account fully deleted. If Uber would care to look at the specifics of my order to resolve, please feel free to contact me and if satisfied I will be happy to change my review.
