3 stars: I think this app has a lot of potential, but when booking a ride it only works half the time. Been waiting for an hour for a ride with cars available around me and still nothing. I go to customer service to ask what the issue is and says estimated wait time is 1 minute. I've been waiting for over 10 minutes.
5 stars: It's a life saver in China. Also online customer service was really fast and responsive and solved an issue within minutes! I really didn't expect so high quality! Well done, and keep it this way!
3 stars: Raising rating as it's been working well once I figured out how to switch to English. The language switch to English is buried under settings-\u003elanguage (but those are in Chinese, so hard to find). They should move them to the top level so they're easier to find.
4 stars: 4 stars because its the only chinese app which has english. 5 star i will rate then you will allow english unconditionally. because if i dont know chinese and im in other country than china then it restarts only in chinese
5 stars: it's convient but sometimes its really bad because it made me pay for a ride that i had cancelled
