3 stars: This app is really good and I enjoyed using it. when I was using I did lose weight which is what I was looking for. However, I found myself addicted to weighing my food and counting every calorie and my life was in a way controlled by this app. It is a good app and I do recommend it but I would say be careful with it. If I didn't stop using it I might have got more addicted to counting calories and that wasn't a path I wanted to go down
4 stars: I really like this app because it helps me set up food to eat in order to maintain my diet and exercise to burn calories. One thing that needs improvement is the glitch. It messed up the amount of water I drank and it double the exercises that I added. It really messed up statistics.
5 stars: Love this app. I was so happy to find an app that on their base level (free version) tracked your macros. i would love to see the ability to also track my micronutrients as well so that I don't have to get a second app.
4 stars: For what my unsubscribed experience is worth, the basic count that it gives you is nice. Understandably, the calorie count isn't super accurate for things you don't scan but find in the database instead, specifically homemade food, but still relatively good though
3 stars: great app, i just wish there was more available to those who cant pay. also in the lifestyle test it doesn't cover sleep, or rest patterns. which play a BIG factor in weight loss.
