5 stars: finally figured it out. if you get wrong password problem might be special characters in your password. you cant have special characters in your password.
3 stars: would give more stars.. but not as helpful or useful as I'd thought it'll be. my cameras picked up several detections in my back yard.. couldn't play a single one of the recordings. I can't go back and watch Cuz you can only watch, what is recorded. also doesn't allow you to fast forward or rewind on play backs. and play backs freeze occasionally
3 stars: before is working fine, now only working with same network, if I choose phone mobil data or other network show offline. How can I get help?
4 stars: It has a few rough edges, but works better than I expected. Searching for recorded video on the NVR is one area that needs attention.
3 stars: Decent product I've had the cameras for over a year and they're working well. You need a good strong wifi signal. I can't view playback from the app any more. Other than that the apps pretty good.
4 stars: App always starts with a 4 screen grid, even if you change it to 1, 6, or 8 screens... would be nice if it either automatically remembered your choice, or have a startup selection of how many screens you want to display upon startup of the app.
