3 stars: the most recent redesign is decent but there's a long way to go. some messages come through in asian characters. UI is too different from the website so it's frustrating that options like modify booking are found in different places. but the app allows you to sort messages which the website doesn't for whatever reason. honestly both are buggy
3 stars: It's okay. I get decent bookings, but there is no way to suggest even a nominal fee for meet and greets and Rover not only takes a cut from me, but then charges families a service fee for booking. Kind of seems like double dipping.
4 stars: works great. support phone works for me. glad that i now have android capabilitiies for enhanced experience. not sure if 2 bugs are fixed: money sign is represented by British Pound symbol, i would prefer $CDN, and distance is in miles, i would prefer kilometres and not sure how (if) to modify.
5 stars: I'm new, but have gotten three clients in the last week and it's all gone so smoothly with the help of this app. I appreciate all of the options to update the owners and tips for dog watching. Pretty user friendly. I wish the money went straight into my bank account instead of Paypal, but that's ok.
