4 stars: There is one HUGE limitation to the app, you cannot add tasks to team members in the mobile app that you can on your desktop. This limitation keep us using another platform for team collaboration rather than integrating everything into RingCentral.
3 stars: update: slightly better Bluetooth performance, but meetings still drop constantly, the app can't open meeting links so you must copy and paste the meeting ID, and you cannot copy/paste a phone number into the dialer, which is just irritating. Bluetooth does not work, making this app limited in usefulness as a business phone. Still can not do group texts. Try Google Voice, it's free and does both of these things.
5 stars: This secure messaging app is phenomal! It increases productivity and communication (and therefore consistency) within the company I work for!
5 stars: Good stuff. i like that i can text from my business line and take a call from that same line right here on my cell phone. It works really well. No complaints at all and I've been using it about a year.

4 stars: *updated* recent updates seem to have broken app notifications. *updated ---\u003e upon further checking (a lot of it) I found that the setting that allows this app to draw over apps was off, once I turned it back on the app notifications started working again.
