5 stars: why doesn't the app correlate to plans and sessions in your magazines! Not even got all the exercises in the magazine on the app so you cannot 'create' the workout!

3 stars: Has a lot of exercises and video but it's hard to create a personal workout or track what you do. Plus it's $25 per year.
4 stars: i have done this app for a year. it will get you in shape but needs more variety. but if you want to get in decent shape it works.
