4 stars: The app is convenient to use and over the last year, has stabilized a lot (no more crashing). However, it asks for location permission every time you open the app. There is a button that helps the customer deny the request, but all it does is close the popup. The app needs to remember my choice and not ask all the time.
3 stars: Developers please fix the various glitches in the app. One minute I'm keeping a watchful eye on my bus time and the next minute I look back and see that my arrival time has vanished only to then reappear with 2 minutes left on the arrival schedule. It's a very odd glitch but its cost me money more and more frequently so I can arrive to work on time.
4 stars: Great app! super handy for riding the train! the only complaint I have is there is no account settings, that should be a feature so you can view your: email, phone #, and change your password. I have been locked out 3 times bc I cannot change my password from inside the app, I don't remember my password I'd like to change it. so if you get this app you have to memorize your password good luck getting a new one.
3 stars: Unreliable. Update didn't automatically happen, unlike my other apps, and the train conductor was only moderately understanding. Spent most of my morning commute worriedly trying to figure out what was wrong and fixing it. A terrible start to the morning.
