5 stars: So far I haven't found a major problem. However, every once in a while the app closes, then opens back up with no issues. I have used the app a good 50+ miles away from the house and never had an issue. The pics and video are amazing, I always know when someone is around my property.
3 stars: i dont like having to buy an expensive system to then need a subscription to different features with the camera. night vision for me is not the best but i can see. dont record people walking only cars. i mainly got it for ppl walking. i guess good enough

4 stars: Usually have absolutely no issues with it. Does its job in notifying me of what's going on at home. Recently was ableto rid my house of a rodent because the camera told me of movement in my kitchen. Settings can be a little clunky on the phone.
4 stars: Activity Zone. it needs to be more user defined instead of just drawing a square within an area. would prefer if there were options for free hand drawing or predefined shapes. we get too many unwanted alerts. !!!! Very annoying !!!! which ultimately leads to premature battery DEATH :-( Hope the developers takes this into consideration
