3 stars: Last update messed everything up. Wifi Signal is great. Since the last update either my motion goes off 15 times in a row where there is no moment or the doorbell goes into almost like sleep mode. Where it doesn't get anything til I sign back into the app. When I sign back in it blows up with modifications. It worked perfectly fine til that update 2 days ago.
3 stars: when it works it is good. lately when I go for a live view at least half the time I just get a black screen. not much good if you want to see what is going on outside my front door. seems to be a new problem.
4 stars: Suggest to double the time to 2 min. Also, there should be a manual record option for the times when the oh wow moment is happening and the motion trigger hasn't started. Incorporate this into the 2 min times, then users can initiate manual recording if needed. Thanks Ring Team!
4 stars: Great hardware and App! I like that the App developers take user suggestions seriously. We happen to have the professionally monitored alarm system tied into the cameras. Works seamlessly. I do have a suggestion, developers, if you read this... There should be an option for the App to send notifications if a window or door sensor is in the open position for a certain amount of time. Thank you!
