4 stars: very good service but i have a problem that why i can't choose the pick up location it allow me to get the nearest bus to my current location only but it does not allow to choose any other location and this is very annoying 😑

4 stars: I don't know why every time I update this application it asks me to enter my mobile number and password. I'm just updating my current version of Swvl, not a new user, and it works like that strange way, while all the other applications didn't and don't deal with me as a new user¡¡¡¡¡
4 stars: First trip and it was excellent. Would like to see the trip number and the destination on the bus front when arriving. Pre-payment through mobile service providers or fawry will make the payments easier. Thanks for all of Swvl team.
