3 stars: the app works well if you're just ordering food and checking a delivery status; however, the app is a resource hog and using the customer service chat is a bit of a nightmare. It's owned by grubhub, but i prefer this to the grubhub app.
4 stars: I do like ordering food from this app. It is hit or miss using on different devices. Its nice to be given a delivery time estimate/tracker.

4 stars: I've only had one bad experience and my food was cold and everything about that specific order including delivery time and and driver was extremely off in every way. other than that it's a good app if you want to eat in.
