3 stars: Have enjoyed Open Table for years. Suddenly I noticed that I stopped receiving my points. After several months i just saw that I must opt in when making a reservation. I am using the app and must opt in for what? Seems like my information is about to be sold or used in some manner that I won't desire.
4 stars: Great app. Just be careful when modifying your reservation it doesn't change the date. It happened to me last night. It was a weeknight and they weren't busy so it didn't really effect me to much but could have been an embarrassing moment.
5 stars: Great app! Eliminates the hassle of calling all over the place to see who has openong where, and the map option really helps narrow down options by proximity. Great access to menus, rebiews, pictures, and totally easy to modify reservations if needed. Wish more restaurants used it, but I think they're getting the idea. So far haven't quite figured out how to redeem points, but that's on me so I won't take stars off for that.
5 stars: This app makes it really easy to find hot foodie spots in cities where you're clueless about the scene. Of course, it's terrific in finding a table on your home turf.
3 stars: site is not intuitive. suggest menu for what user wants to do instead of trying to steer them. e.g. ...
