4 stars: fun! while bugs can exist, devs are quick to acknowledge and provide work arounds (if not fixes).
4 stars: Awesome game. Very generous with the Gacha currency, the only downsides is they haven't patched the crashing problem when Winter Fidel or Regular Eve using certain battle skill.
3 stars: Enjoyable for about a week then becomes repetitive and boring. Story is bland despite having enjoyed many console Star Ocean games in the past. Half hearted money maker at best.
