5 stars: I see so many negative reviews lately, the thing is, for FREE you get to listen to your Playlists in shuffle mode and ads.. That's FREE.. No money no honey!.. the app has gotten a little better but please stop moving stuff around, some of the useful things are gone, and some of the new year things are useless..
4 stars: Good service, the app needs work, and is unintuitive. Playback doesnt start automatically after reconnecting to my car bluetooth stereo. No update log. Just a funny 'keep updates turned on'. Previous update broke the volume control on my Denon Heos. And why would the 'discover' list play tracks i have in my lists already?

3 stars: Spotify is the app I chose to use over others, even while free. But I pay for premium, because other apps offer to many restrictions. Its generally a better app. With that said, its not perfect. 2019 and the UI still needs work because it often sends you around in circles, adding unnecessary clicks. It needs to be simplified.
