3 stars: Hi. I recently booked tickets from the app and I received 2400 rupees in cash back. I followed it through with the filling-in of the account details, but I still haven't received the cash back into my bank account. It's been over 24 hours now. Can you please help me with this?
5 stars: I know this app since it was launched. The user experience is good but it doesnt store my previous search wherein i had to enter details everytime. Also the coupon and charges / offer seem increased i.e., compared to older version now cost seems bit high and discounts are less. But overall heg provides less rates compared to other providers.
4 stars: Except on certain occasions generally it worked well and prices are low. But ticket confirmation takes time and occasionally it may not be confirmed which is a problem
