3 stars: When i logged in im being told its online but camera wont open it says swipe down to refresh but still no joy i know its online all the other types of ip cameras im using are online no problem. When i moved the camera much further away from the modem the problem arose even though its not a problem using other makes of ip cameras.Anybody out there know why this is happening .Thanks.
5 stars: The original app worked great, updated it it today and it's stopped working, hope it gets sorted soon cus this camera was very useful for keeping an eye on my dog when I'm not at home 😫😫. YAY PROBLEM SOLVED 23/10/18 thanks love this camera please keep everything working 😁😁

3 stars: Since last update a few days ago the app will not run on my Prixel 2 with the latest Android on . Before the update it worked a dream . Please sort this an release a fix. I have sent you 2 report logs but nothing back from you regarding these. I have a camera that cannot be used. Do not buy these until a fix is completed
