5 stars: Everything except the booking algorithm is good, hence the end you will end up finding a ride which will ask you to walk 1km at least to get into one. And you replied I mean seriously see even if the drop location and the cars end point is same. You still end up showing walk for 1kms. just check that first and then try to be smart
3 stars: The concept is great, the app needs lots of improvements. To start with it would help to have a better interface for editing routes, the current map is very non intuitive for route definition. The other annoying issue is when a rider has joined and the ride giver edits the ride (time change) there is no notification to the rider.
5 stars: Hello Team. Your points redemption delay is not understandable. Earler redemption used to happen within seconds. But since about 2 weeks redemption takes more than 5 days. This is causing lot of inconvenience to me and my other friends on quickride app. Moreover I have been following up over but not getting any response from your support team. Pleade fix this at the earliest.
3 stars: Location issues seems to be fixed. Good. But seeing lot of unverified profiles now a days. Don't you guys send reminders to riders to verify profile. Another issue with app is no control over unwanted notification. How can I turn off rider suggestions. Stop showing ads and offers on application launch upfront. It's so irritating. Now atleast improve the UI
