4 stars: Worst customer service experience in last order. No issue was resolved on top of that pathetic canned responses given constantly to me. Also, closed my ticket without giving desired support. Try at your own risk, they don't care.
5 stars: Uber eats is the best fast food takeout order app. I no longer worry that the Chinese restaurants will get my order wrong. I also like the ease with which I can pay online. The drivers/delivery people are super respectful, and it's also easy to tip. I know exactly when my food is coming. I love this app.
5 stars: Good for the introverts of the world so they don't have to go get food in public. Uber should allow more flexibility for the companies that post food for delivery like picture examples or the ability to pull items off the menu live if the stuff used to make said item runs out.
5 stars: Life saver. Ordered the kids a late dinner, we were all hot and grumpy. Someone else cooking makes me happy! I had chocolate for dinner once they went to bed. Lifes good.
4 stars: The app works well. The only gripe I have is how you can only tip and rate the driver when you reopen the app after sometime. Not sure how long but if someone needs the tip or deserves the rating they have to wait if you don't use the app for weeks.
4 stars: Please give an option of membership fees for Delivery charges instead of paying every time. We are not able to pay for every small orders
