3 stars: Loved this app with all my heart, but was disappointed when it won't even open after being updated. I attempt to open, but the screen goes white then black and stays that way. Only happens with this app and only immediately after the update. Please fix so that I can offer you'll 5 stars. Thank you. Update: better but no cigar
5 stars: I think this app is absolutely awesome! My mother lives in the island of Trinidad and Tobago, and my family and I live in the states, because of this app we are able to see each other and correspond whenever we chose. Her grandkids are excited to video call her. we share so much laughter and joy through this app. So I just want to say THANK YOU! from the bottom of my heart.
3 stars: I don't like how my text messages and Facebook message n calls all in one place I have too many of each n that is the point of separation in the first place... I don't enjoy all that being mixed up n unorganized... Now I have to scroll forever to find what I need... very inconvenient... Updates are supposed to make things easier not less enjoyable.
