5 stars: Bought a half a year pass and used it every day to commute. Yesterday the bike didn't sync and it recorded a trip 900 minutes long 160km. This dropped my balance way below $0 and made the service unusable to me. Support fixed in one day. Sht happens but it's fine as long as they act quick. Great service.
4 stars: The service works and it's relatively cheap. The bikes are so and so and it should be more clear where the decent one with gears are. In general the app si quite buggy but I guess they will try to solve them over time.
5 stars: Great application. I have 8 trips today in Chiang May. And get 12km distance. Unlocking, tracking and locking system works flawlessly ! Great price / quality ratio. I love Mobikes !

4 stars: If you're not riding you can not see much on the map of this app. It zooms in on your location and that's it. You try to zoom out to see the town and understand the streets... ping! ..it zooms back in next second. Annoying . Bikes a bit heavy but once you get used ,they...
