3 stars: I wish there was an option asking if there is any parts of the body you can't exercise now and I would select knees I can't bend them properly so i can't do lunges forward or wall sits until I lose a bit of weight that's why I only gave it a starts but I know its good for other people not as heavy.
5 stars: 1st app that I've tried that actually work all your muscles(you feel it!!)...and getting a day's rest every 4th day! Awesome!
