4 stars: Latest update just gives white screen all the time. Made it unusable. Update latest update much better and added new features.
3 stars: I got this app for my iOS and it is brilliant, everything works perfectly. no complain. However, recently I changed my phone to Android Huawei Mate 20 Pro, no working as expected, no notification for motion or someone press the bell. That's made the Ring door bell almost useless. Also the there is no original notification tone that iOS version got, \
5 stars: Installed first Ring doorbell about 18 months ago. Since then added 2 Flood cameras and also at my son's home. Plus two neighbours have now installed flood light cams recently been impressed with my demonstration. Recent updates and new features added are ABSOLUTELY superb. An excellent range of products and options.
4 stars: Great app, cameras \u0026 customer service is superb. The only gripes I have are the speed at which recordings. .it picks up a little late. \u0026 when you get an alert it would be great if by time the app opens \u0026 connects you get a playback of the history until you press the talk button? Not sure if any of this is possible but it would help catch up with what's gone on before you answer
4 stars: Update : Reliability has been more consistent. Updated app shows snapshot of motion trigger which is useful. Good when it works. I've noticed that during the day doorbell is experiencing blackouts. Good wifi signal and exceeding power requirem...
