5 stars: This app has been super convenient the few times I've used it so far. I normally find myself wandering all over DC looking for a garage or open parking. It's even saved me money once (only $1, but still). It's definitely saved me time.
4 stars: Easy to use app, good customer service. Have been using to "book ahead" parking in Chicagoland for over a year. They have relationships with many downtown garages, at better rates than are advertised at the gates. The few times I've had any issue their CS team has been quick to respond and refund/offer credit. Only drawback I've found is that they don't offer an easy way to extend your reservation time once it's made.
3 stars: Walk is not bad to stadium but only one attendant who checks the reservations. Alot of people sitting in empty parking spots to save for later guests. Parking attendant doesnt care so I wont be back.<...
