5 stars: The App lets me know how long a wait there is. They do a great job of shampooing my hair and massaging my scalp. If they are busy cutting hair, they let me sit in 1 of the 2 shampoo chairs n wait my turn. That way I don't have to sit on my Walker n wait my turn. Every one is super friendly and helpful.
5 stars: Love the check in app. It is what got me going to Great Clips in the first place. I do wish it had a way of showing the stylists on shift as I like to stick with one. I often check in, then go to location to find out my person isn't there that day so I either settle for someone I have to re-explain things to or just change my visit day.
5 stars: Its great! It saves your place. I can't tell you how many times I'm walking to the door and three people beat me to the check in and suddenly its a fifteen to twenty minute wait. This puts youbahead of the line so to speak. As long as the employees understand the concept. I just had an instance where someone who did not check in online got served nefore me. It happened to be no big deal as I was served literally a minute later. But overall a great app!
5 stars: If you frequent Great Clips and you're not using the app, you're missing out. This is the quickest way to check in to get a haircut, especially on days they are having haircut sales.
