5 stars: I thoroughly enjoyed this unique style of internship testing. It was confusing as to what the scores meant, but upon receiving psychological feedback of my performance it became clear that these didn't mean anything. I would advise ignoring the scores, avoid trying to beat other players and instead just follow the simple instructions and let it give you feedback at the end which I found to be very insightful.
5 stars: Such an improvement in comparison to other, more typical, numerical reasoning tests out there. No lengthy wordy questions before making you do simple GCSE maths in an unrealistic amount of time. Instead it just focuses on problem solving and your ability to spot patterns. My only criticism is that the scores at the end are unclear. It said "congratulations your score is: 1000". But 1000 out of a possible what? Im unsure exactly how well i performed because of this. 1000 could be the max score, or it could be just 50%, i have no idea!
4 stars: It was a good test, but it was unclear what the results at the end meant, as there was no indication of what the maximum number of points available was (on the rota test)
4 stars: I think this is a good way of doing psychometric tests. Love the feedback pdf at the end of it too! Just one question, what is a good score to get?😂
