5 stars: Can't complain I've been taking this company for several years to Florida to Georgia from New York and excetera and yes their service is terrible 99% of the drivers do not speak English the buses have plugins but most of the plugs don't work or Wi-Fi which can be frustrating but they are very prompt company when they say they're leaving at 10 p.m. that's exactly what it means sometimes even a few minutes before plus I mean this company is cheap so you can expect the best service in the world love them
