5 stars: This app works well for me. I have a thyroid issue and used to get cold hands (which can affect the app's ability to read the pulse) but now that my hands are normal due to meds I use this app to track my heart rate at various times during the day. It's great bc it stores the historical readings and also averages them for you. You can categorize the readings as to if you were resting, working out, etc... and you can take notes about what else was going on (ie, stress, caffeine, meds, etc). For me it's great bc I just take the readings and show my Dr right from my phone (which is part of the info she uses to determine if the dosage of my thyroid med is ok, too much, etc). Highly recommend this app - simple and quick - does the work for you. I can rarely accurately count my heartbeats with my finger for some reason, so this is great. Thanks.
4 stars: Gives accurate results, also allows insert of notes and selection of condition such as "resting" and keeps record. Full page ads are somewhat annoying, but pertanant to health. Would have rated as a "5" if ads were not presented after every reading.
