3 stars: Horrible Experience, I am dealing with ZopNow first time, is using BigBasket for 4 years now. I escalated on same Google Play store and got standard response with escalation ID I alright Customer care with escalation ID, still none care for customer. ZopNow is useless. Please take decision wisely add use alternate. ZopNow will never succeed with so much error rate. They should close down the business
3 stars: Almost same as you would shop at More. I like the fact that they pick the good fruits and vegetables and the about to expire items like some other apps do. Edit: They never deliver in 3 hours. Always next day. Prices dont stay at what you ordered, always dynamic and upwards in the final invoice. They always charge extra for 5-10 gms extra weight of veggies/fruits. Nevertheless, the selection of items is good. Edit2: No improvement in the service whatsoever.
