5 stars: Awesome app to create play groups and meet like minded sporty people. Also, new places are listed pretty fast. I do notice some lags in chat that I would like to be fixed. Paytm not available as wallet option. Otherwise, payment experience is also smooth. Finally, I suggest we have option to share booking within play9 play groups as well. Overall - a great app!
3 stars: In the latest release, I am forced to pay 50% through Playo and rest 50% at the venue. My preferred payment is prepaid - to pay 100% at the time of booking. The new version forces me to pay no more than 50% which is ridiculous. Why can't the amount be customised by the user, with 50% being the minimum amount to pay? Please update.
4 stars: My favourite venue is Orchid Sports Academy in Marthahalli. Please make arrangements such that total payment can be made through PlayO. Paying half amount at the venue in cash is irritating at times.
