5 stars: Good reference material From the comments below, some users think this app can change the frequency band of their phone. It cannot! I know for some Samsung phones, you can dial *#2263# to force to use certain bands (provided it's supported by the phone hardware) & you can dial *#0011# to find out which frequency band you're currently on.
