3 stars: I cannot find my country Chad.
5 stars: I had 3 sets of 9 page papers to fax. I called the recipient to see if they received them, so far 24 hours later they have not. In all fairness there are many departments there and it could be there, they just haven't made it to the right department yet. It sent the 1st set ok but when I try to send the 2nd set it force closed 3 different times causing me to have to start over. Uninstalled
3 stars: I hoped it would send a fax that I was having trouble sending regularly due to constant busy signal. Instead of sending when the line opened up, it just said it failed and charged me more to try again... which I did a few times with no success! HOWEVER, they did issue a full refund (after a number of emails) and it probably works on open fax lines, so I changed my rating from 2 to 3 stars.
5 stars: This fax app is a huge time an money saver, the local stores charge $3 to send a fax whilw with this app i can do it cheaply from the comfort of my office! Especially for people who dont fax often!!
