4 stars: Amazing at it's Core The interface isn't gorgeous and there are minor animation and sound bugs on rare occasions but the ability to create a randomised or custom workout, with animated examples and written instructions with no restrictions or pay wall makes this very much worth a download

5 stars: Handy I find this app easy to navigate, the exercises are well demonstrated. My screen does close but you can restart any exercises you may miss as result. It factors in water breaks and has a multitude of difficulties and large variety of exercises. Great for a free app. Feel the burn ;)
