3 stars: Dec '17: Cannot delete added sections, instead it duplicates or even triplicates 'em. Weird - this is how Google releases its app without testing. Hence the downgrade to 3 stars. Sept '16: Never thought I would like this but its become quite a handy & quick option to get news from several sources in & out of India, at least.
5 stars: Nice and dark! I love apps with dark themes because the usual bright white of Google hurts my eyes. This app works great overall. Two limitations: it seems impossible to altogether eliminate sources that you hate (e.g. Huff Post). If I remember correctly, I was able to reduce it but not eliminate it. Secondly, it could use a more customizable widget, so I can make it much larger. At least the widget is also dark capable.
3 stars: This has been my favorite news app for a long time, but I'm really getting tired of having the layout change every few months with no way to modify it in the settings. I love different layouts, but let me choose the one that works best for my device. It also seems like a bunch of sites don't load after this last update. It would be nice to have a settings option to automatically load articles in the browser by default.
